Accessibility Statement

Our approach to making this website usable for everyone, known limitations, and how to tell us about a barrier you encounter.

Last updated Last updated: 1 January 2026

Our commitment

We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced motion settings.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at level AA as a working standard.

What we do

The site is built with semantic headings in a logical order, descriptive text alternatives for photographs, visible focus indicators, and colour combinations chosen for contrast.

Pages are responsive and readable when zoomed, and content is structured so it can be followed without relying on colour alone.

  • Keyboard accessible navigation and links
  • Descriptive alternative text on images
  • Headings in a correct hierarchical order
  • Text that reflows on small screens and at high zoom

Known limitations

Some photographs carry descriptive alternative text derived from their original captions, which can be brief. Embedded third party content, where present, may not meet the same standard as the rest of the site.

We review these areas periodically and improve them as part of ordinary maintenance.

Telling us about a problem

If you encounter a barrier on this website, please contact us and describe the page and what happened. We treat accessibility reports as priority corrections.
